Returns and refunds

Changed your mind

Under South Africa's Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, you may cancel an online order within 7 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Send it back unused and in its original packaging and we'll refund the purchase price.

Return postage for a change of mind is yours to cover. The original delivery fee isn't refunded.

Faulty or damaged

If something arrives damaged, or fails within 6 months, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Protection Act. That one's on us — we cover return shipping and send a replacement at no charge.

Email slackedsupport@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. Photos genuinely speed this up.

Wrong item

If we sent the wrong colour or the wrong model, that's our mistake and we fix it entirely at our cost.

Cases and phone models

Our cases are model-specific. An iPhone 16 case will not fit an iPhone 16 Pro — they're different sizes. Please check your exact model before ordering. If you order the wrong one, we'll still take it back within 7 days under the change-of-mind terms above.

How long refunds take

Once we receive the returned item, refunds are processed within 5 business days back to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few days more to reflect it.
