Where we deliver

Anywhere in South Africa. We don't currently ship outside the country.

What it costs

• R99 flat rate, anywhere in South Africa.
• Free on all orders over R400.

How long it takes

8 to 11 business days from the moment your order is confirmed.

We bring each order in specifically for you rather than sitting on warehouse stock. That's why it takes longer than a large retailer, and it's why we say so plainly up front instead of promising two days and disappointing you.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

Courier and tracking

Everything is couriered by Aramex. Once your parcel is collected you'll receive a tracking number by email. Aramex delivers to street addresses during business hours, so please give us an address where someone can receive a parcel during the day.

If something goes wrong

If your order hasn't arrived within 11 business days, email slackedsupport@gmail.com with your order number and we'll chase it. If a parcel is lost in transit, we replace it at our cost.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, or because nobody was available across repeated delivery attempts, we'll gladly resend it — but a second courier fee applies.
