Your tracking number

As soon as Aramex collects your parcel, we email you a tracking number. Check your spam folder if it hasn't appeared — shipping notifications land there more often than you'd think.

No tracking number yet?

Orders take 8 to 11 business days in total. Most of that is before the parcel reaches the courier, so it's normal not to have tracking for the first week or so. Nothing has gone wrong.

Past 11 business days?

Email slackedsupport@gmail.com with your order number and we'll chase it down. If a parcel is lost in transit, we replace it at our cost.
